A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. George Moghalu has dispelled insinuations that the South-East geopolitical zone may be marginalised under the incoming administration of Maj-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari for giving him a paltry 0.013 percent of the total votes cast in the last Presidential election.
